Não percebo porque é que a Ucrânia não responde na mesma moeda: por cada ataque da Rússia a instalações eléctricas ucranianas que deixam as pessoas às escuras e sem aquecimento, às portas do Inverno, ponham Moscovo às escuras. É a maneira dos russos pararem com isso.
